If you can smell burning, an outlet is hot, or you have seen sparking, switch that circuit off at the switchboard first, then call. CDElectrical works business hours, so if it is after 5pm or the weekend and the situation is unsafe, contact an after-hours emergency electrician or SA Power Networks.
What to have ready
Your suburb, what is happening or what you want installed, and roughly when it started. For installs, a photo of the spot helps. That is usually enough for Clay to price it without a site visit.
